Brian's imaging career began as an x-ray technologist in the
US Air Force. His experience with x-ray film and working with patients gave him the impetus to venture into photography. Since traditional photography merely captures another wavelength of light, Brian found many concepts of radiology applied directly to photography.
Capturing his first acceptable photograph at age 19, Brian began a non-stop obsession with light and form. At age 29, Brian formed
Old Black Crow Creative Services, a web design firm based in Athens, Georgia. Occasionally dabbling into digital art and illustration, Brian always came back to photography. When a few of his clients requested
he photograph their business for their web site, Brian obliged and from there he was hooked.
Striving for perfection in light and composition, Brian is always aware of his surroundings in the studio and on location. As an opportunist, he seeks unique circumstance that can enhance a moment or define the purpose of the image.
Digital 35mm is Brian's choice of camera because of its versatility and portability.
A member of the Professional Photographers Association (PPA) and with a certification in Photoshop, Brian is the perfect choice for your
corporate photo session.
